The Retro
Bruce Says...
Fast, stable and easy to rig, with a light, responsive feel. Now stronger than ever, with all X-ply panel construction, a new tack pulley, snap tie bungee, integrated base pad and anti-abrasion chafe strips.
ASW Says...
Just look at all that X-ply. If your a speed lovin, rec junkie then these are the sails for you. All the power and performance of a race sail in a hardy package. I personally think a Retro 11m pumps up like nothing else in the range. Lake Travis is designed for these sails - robust for the rocks and full of range for the variable conditions
Available in .05 meter increments from 4.5 through to 11m. Awesome!

The NX
Bruce Says...
The NX4 is Sailworks high end, cambered racing sail. Refined from years of progressive evolution and tuned for competition by top North American racers Bruce Peterson and Dale Cook.
Featuring advanced seam shaping and luff tensioning characteristics, the NX4 has a highly developed range of settings. Racers and aggressive power sailors will revel in its wide power band and stable control. Sizes 6.0 through 7.8 cut for slalom sailing. Sizes 8.5 through 12.5 cut for Formula sailing.
ASW Says...
These are the stock Travis race sails. All the stability and range of the Retro with just that extra edge for the high variance wind range days. I'm al sways pushing the limits of a given wind range. The 4 cams offer enhanced stability at the top end that you can't beat if your a progressive sailor.

The Revolution
Bruce Says...
Revolution. 11 generations of incremental development have created the consummate freeride wave sail. Turn it. Push it. Drag it. It just gets better.
Ballistic X-ply construction for 2005 means you can sail into the future. Our new tack pulley and snap tie bungee makes rigging a cinch.
ASW Says...
Not much call for wave gear in Austin, but with Corpus Christi just 3 hours away, you've got to have a 4.5 in the bag! Go to the Gorge and you'll see plenty of these upside down and 30 feet up :-)

The Ripper2
Bruce Says...
Designed from scratch to be used by small lightweight riders or novice adults, the Ripper2 is the second generation of our scaled-down version of our full size sails. The heart of the rig is lightweight, durable Ripstick: an extremely soft mast, in all fiberglass construction, which accepts a regular mast base and boom.
ASW Says...
My 7 year old loves these and believe it or not, a 3.5 can be handy for an experienced racer the twisters come :-). I've found the RDM mast and base makes a huge difference here.
My Ripper3 2.5 is the ultimate small kid rig. Put it on a Starsurfer M and you've got some kid Rock & Roll

The Hucker
Bruce Says...
Muscle-car windsurfing is back with a high-octane design that is optimized for speed-blasting and floaty hang time.
The Hucker is a powerful, tight leech sail with lots of pitchy leverage that is purpose built for just one thing - BIG AIR!!
ASW Says...
Looking forward to trying these out in the Gorge this summer! |
